​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Placing an order is easy! When you have found the item(s) you like make sure you have chosen any of the options required such as color or size, then add to cart, When you've completed your shopping you can find your shopping cart at the top of the screen. Click checkout and follow the instructions for PayPal, you can chose to either log into your PayPal account and use those funds, or use PayPal as a guest by clicking the link lower down the page and using your own credit/debit card instead. PayPal systems securely processes your payment either way.

 

Payment

 

We accept all major credit cards that can be processed through the PayPal systems. We do NOT accept BitCoin, Checks or Money Orders at this time. 

***Please note -- COUPON CODES are CaSe SenSiTiVe! They have to entered in just like they appear. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

All payment processing is done securely through encrypted systems at PayPal. We never see your credit/debit card information!

 

Shipping

 

All shipping is done via USPS (United States Postal Service) typically by First Class Mail provided the order is under the weight limit. 

 

Most orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days from the date you placed your order, with the exception of custom orders and holidays. If there will be any delays in shipping for any other reason we will do our best to post notice in advance when possible. 

Returns & Refunds

 

Refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis. Decals that have been removed from their backing for any reason cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom orders must be accompanied by a 50% non-refundable deposit, This deposit is non-refundable as materials must be purchased and time spent which cannot be recovered due to custom projects not being resaleable items. 

If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective or damaged, you may request a return of the item(s) within 7 business days of receipt.

 

 

IMPORTANT: We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for  customized items. Please choose colors/themes carefully when requesting customizations. (Simple color change requests are not considered customization unless the color(s) is extremely unusual.)

 

On sale or Clearance items are also not eligible for exchanges and/or refunds
